Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please commit to attending your scheduled session or class. If you are unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, you must notify Jessica at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations without direct contact within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. With proper notice, Jessica will make every effort to reschedule within 30 days. Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly. If Jessica needs to cancel, a make-up session will be offered at a later date.
